With the annual GDP growth rate of 5.8% over the past two decades, and reaching 6.1% during 2011-2012, India has become one of the world's fastest growing network economies. However, India may be the fastest growing major economy in the world but India's unemployment rate was exchanged at 24% in May 2020, the highest level on record, with urban jobless rate hiring a new all time high as the country remains lock-down amid a spike in the number of COVID-19 cases.

Indians find lack of jobs and growing inflation are the biggest concerns for nation. A survey by Washington-based Pew Research Centre showed that around 76%adults in India see lack of employment opportunities as a very big problem for nation, a survey showed. Around 73% respondents believed that the rising process are another major issue in India.

1. Improve Non-Verbal Communication:
Non-Verbal Communication refers to gestures, tone of voice, eye contact, body language, and other ways people can communicate without using language. The first non-verbal communication impression can be a great beginning or quick ending to your Interview.

2. ‌Review your resume:
A resume is a record of your work experience, personal achievements, education, skills, certifications and other details that make the case easy for the job to get hired. Basically resume is the first contact between company and you.
How to write a resume:
• It should be in right format
• Start with a resume summary or resume objective
• Add your contact information & personal details
• List your education, key achievements, work experience & skills correctly
• Try to add some relevant skills that fit in job
• Do some basic research while making your resume

3. Do your research:
Before facing the interview you should research about company, reviewing your company website thoroughly helps you to know the skills that company needs.

4. Don't talk too much or too familiar
Interview is a professional meeting to talk business. Attitude plays a key role in your interview success. Telling interviewer more than he needs could be big mistake. Make it formal & use professional language during the interview. Well in advance of your interview, make sure you have appropriate interview attire, and everything fits correctly. Clothes should be clean enough, get your clothes ready the night before, be sure to polish your shoes the night before, do comb & trim your hair & beard well.

6.keep your answers concise & focused
Your time with interviewer is limited so be mindful of rambling. Practicing your answers beforehand can help keep you focused.Make sure interviewer believes you can can do this job. Be honest, confident & focused on your key strengths & why you're background make you uniquely qualified for the position.
